Shipping & Delivery

We've offering FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders for new and existing customers.  All orders are either dispatched by EMS (Worldwide Express Mail Service) or International Registered Air mail. You can choose whichever method suits you best during CheckOut. Delivery service is the local post office such as USPS.

Shipping Dispatch times
All items ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. Items ordered outside of these times are dispatched at the next earliest opportunity. We hold large stocks and dispatch 99.9% of all products within the quoted time span. If the product is out of stock, customers are going to be contacted via email and offered the option to wait until stock comes in or get a full refund.

Delivery
All orders require a signature upon receipt. Delivery takes 7-18 business days (EMS) or 15-45 days (Air Mail) no matter where you order from. If after 30 business days your order has not arrived simply email us and we will get you a response promptly. Orders come with a tracking number and you will be able to track your order online with the respective shipping company depending on your location in order to see where exactly your item is located at a certain time. If someone is not available to sign upon receipt of the order, the shipping company will leave a note and come back the next day, if you need to make a special arrangement you can contact them directly by using the phone number left on the note. When emailing us regarding the shipping status of an order please include your order number and the date that the good/s were ordered.

Damaged Goods
All goods are packed to an adequate level to help avoid damage during transit by the shipping companies. Should a product arrive damaged please contact us via the contact us form on our website, customers receiving goods they consider to be damaged should report this to us to arrange return, if the customer attempts to repair/correct any items they consider to be damaged then we will not accept a return of this item unless this has been agreed to by us prior to any work taking place, this is also the case if any other third party attempts to repair/correct any item/s considered to be damaged by the customer. Orders are considered correct and complete after they have been delivered to the customer and accepted for 24 hours so please make sure you fully check your order when it arrives, after this period any claim for damage will be rejected.
